Utah Anime Promotions and the Anime Banzai Convention want everyone to feel welcome. This includes people of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, family structures, religions, ages, heights, weights, and accessibility levels – just to name a few.
Each hotel has their own accommodations which range from elevators, ADA-coded rooms, and wider hallways/doorways. Please contact your hotel for specific accommodations and information.
Utah Transit Authority (UTA) runs a free “trolley” from the two local FrontRunner stations to the Davis Conference Center (DCC) on weekdays and Saturdays. There is no service on the “Midtown Trolley” or the FrontRunner trains. UTA provides its own accommodations such as wheelchair ramps and kneeling buses. Please visit their website for more information: www.rideuta.com/Rider-Info/UTA-Accessibility. They also provide a ParaTransit service with its own rules and stipulations: www.rideuta.com/Rider-Info/UTA-Accessibility/UTA-Paratransit-Services.
Some taxi services and private rideshare services may also offer ADA-accessible rides. You will have to contact them individually to get their information.
The Davis Conference Center has their own accommodations with wider hallways and doorways, as well as ADA-coded bathroom stalls. Please let a staff member know if you need any help navigating within the DCC www.davisconferencecenter.com. We are always willing to help, and we want to make sure you have the best experience at the Anime Banzai Convention as possible!
