Anime Banzai Artist Alley Registration Information

Thank you for your interest in Anime Banzai’s Artist Alley.  Applications may be e-mailed to banzaiartistalley@gmail.com starting on June 9th at 8 p.m. Any applications received prior to this date and time will not qualify. Please make sure to use your preferred e-mail address for submitting your application, as this is the way you will be contacted.
Artist Alley tables are filled on a first come first serve basis. This is why a date and time is being provided in advance to offer interested individuals ample time to start preparing their application.

On your application, please include the following in the order listed below:

1. Your first and last name.
2. Your date of birth. (If you’re under the age 18, you will be required to have a parent or guardian co-sign Anime Banzai’s artist contract.)
3. Table size preference, half or full.  (An artist may purchase only one single table slot.)
4. If all tables are taken at the time your application is received, would you like to be placed on a waiting list in case a table opens up.
5. What form of medium is your art? Crafts, art, or mixed (both artwork and craftwork).
6. Name of your company or studio, if applicable, to be displayed in the Anime Banzai program and possibly on the web site.
7. Link to portfolio or website that displays previous or recent works.
8. Please list a few examples of what you intend to sell.  Prints, charms, plushies, hats, et cetera.

Payment & Price
In order to avoid any confusion, payment information will be provided directly to artists whose applications have been approved. A table slot includes a single registration to the convention. If you plan on sharing your table, your partner will need to pre-register separately before being accepted and able to sell and share the table with the primary artist.

Additional information:

• There will only be two chairs per table slot regardless of table size.
• If you must have more than two individuals behind your table during operational hours, please include your reason in your application and it will be reviewed but not guaranteed.
• An individual or group may only purchase a single table slot. If you need the space, then apply for a full table
